On April 28, 2025, at the Tutor Meeting Room, Walailak University, the Asset Management Center warmly welcomed executives and staff from Suratthani Rajabhat University on the occasion of a study visit. The purpose of the visit was to exchange knowledge and experiences in the management of service areas and student dormitories.
During the study visit, participants attended a briefing on the missions and operational approaches of the Asset Management Center, followed by discussions and exchanges of views with administrators and relevant staff. In addition, the delegation toured commercial areas, service facilities, and student dormitories within the university to observe practical models of management in the field.
The visit aimed to enhance knowledge and introduce new perspectives for developing asset management and student services at Suratthani Rajabhat University, contributing to the improvement of service quality and management efficiency in the future.
