The Student Dormitory Division,Center Of Property Management, Walailak University, organized a capacity-building program for the Student Dormitory Committee under the theme “Personality Development and Communication Skills” during July 27–28, 2025 at Prasarnsook Villa Beach Resort, Sichon District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The program aimed to enhance student leadership potential, improve communication skills, promote teamwork, and develop appropriate personality traits in line with the role of dormitory leaders.
At the opening ceremony, Associate Professor Dr. Jirakiat Apibunyopas, Director of the Center Of Property Management, presided over the event and delivered an address to the Student Dormitory Committee. He emphasized the committee’s important role as representatives of students in creating a conducive living and learning environment within the dormitories, as well as the need to be ethical and responsible leaders.
Throughout the training, committee members participated in various activities, including personality development workshops, communication skill enhancement (both formal and informal), as well as recreational and team-building activities designed to foster effective collaboration.
This program served as a vital initiative in developing students’ leadership capacity, instilling discipline, responsibility, and the ability to become true role models for fellow students within the dormitory community.
