3) Focus on developing personnel with modern skills and capabilities, morality, and knowledge of change in order to drive to be a high-performance organization.
4) Apply digital technology and circular economy concepts in providing services to service recipients in order to help create a modern society with minimal impact on the environment by adhering to the principles of good governance for sustainable development and building faith. Confident and trustworthy with stakeholders both inside and outside the university.
