Director of the Center fo Property Management Participates in the Fiscal Year 2026 Performance Agreement Signing Ceremony

The Director of the Center for Property Management, Walailak University, participated in the Fiscal Year 2026 Performance Agreement Signing Ceremony organized by the university to establish operational direction and strengthen clarity in the implementation of each unit’s responsibilities in alignment with the university’s goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ceremony was held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Huataphan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Chulabhornvejwattana Building, Walailak University Medical Center.

The objective of the ceremony was to provide executives from various university units with the opportunity to formally demonstrate their commitment to effective management and the advancement of their organizational missions in accordance with the university’s strategic plan. The event also emphasized improving operational efficiency and achieving tangible outcomes through clearly defined performance indicators and targets that will serve as guidelines for monitoring and evaluation throughout the fiscal year.

On this occasion, the Director of the Center fo Property Management signed the performance agreement together with executives from other university departments, reaffirming the Center’s commitment to driving its mission efficiently and supporting the university in property management and the optimization of commercial space services for maximum benefit.

Furthermore, participation in this ceremony reflected the strong cooperation among all university units in advancing Walailak University toward becoming an institution with effective, transparent, and accountable management capable of fulfilling its mission comprehensively and sustainably in the future.
