Associate Professor Dr. Jeerakiat Apibunyopas, Director of the Center fo Property Management, together with the personnel of the Center fo Property Management, participated in the 2026 Thuat Tumpang Merit-Making Ceremony held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at the Tumpang Ancient Site within Walailak University from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
The purpose of this event was to pay respect to the sacred entities of the university and to bring prosperity and good fortune to the organization, staff, and students. The ceremony also aimed to preserve and promote Thailand’s long-standing cultural and traditional heritage. Activities included a Brahmanical worship ceremony, Buddhist religious rites, and offering food to monks in an atmosphere filled with faith, unity, and cultural reverence.
The Thuat Tumpang Merit-Making Ceremony is regarded as one of the university’s important annual events, providing an opportunity for administrators, faculty members, staff, and students to collectively express respect for the university’s historically and spiritually significant site. The event also helped cultivate awareness of cultural heritage conservation and strengthen positive relationships within the organization, contributing to the university’s sustainable growth and development.
