On April 2, 2026, the Center fo Property Management of Walailak University organized a “Big Cleaning Day” activity led by the management team and staff members of the unit. The activity was held under the concept of creating a clean, orderly, safe, and efficient working environment in preparation for the 2026 5S evaluation.
During the activity, all personnel cooperated in cleaning office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces throughout the unit. Staff members worked together to organize documents and office supplies systematically, improve workplace arrangements, and ensure that equipment and facilities were in proper working condition. In addition, the surrounding landscape and overall atmosphere within the office were improved to promote a better working environment and enhance the quality of work life for all personnel.
This activity was part of the organization’s continuous improvement initiative based on the principles of the 5S system: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. The implementation of these principles helps improve work efficiency, reduce waste, and create a positive impression for visitors and service users.
The successful cooperation of all personnel reflected the unity, responsibility, and commitment of the Center for Property Management in developing a well-organized and sustainable workplace environment, while continuously enhancing management standards and service quality for the future.
