On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., personnel from the Center fo Property Management, Walailak University, participated in the “Walailak Songkran Tradition Preservation Festival 2026” held at the Architecture and Design Laboratory Building, Walailak University. The event was organized to preserve and promote Thailand’s cherished cultural traditions during the Songkran Festival, which reflects gratitude, respect for elders, and harmonious living within Thai society.
The event featured a variety of activities that encouraged participation among university personnel, students, and surrounding communities, helping to strengthen relationships between the university and the local community while promoting the preservation of Thai arts and cultural heritage.
On this occasion, the Center fo Property Management organized a “Tokyo Pancake” food booth, adding joy and a lively atmosphere to the event. The booth received positive feedback and considerable attention from participants, reflecting the strong cooperation, unity, and active participation of the Center’s personnel in university activities.
This event was another meaningful occasion that contributed to preserving valuable Thai traditions while fostering love, unity, and sustainable relationships within both the organization and the community.
