On May 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM, the Center fo Property Management, Walailak University, underwent a 5S evaluation conducted by the University’s Central Committee. The assessment aimed to evaluate workplace organization, cleanliness, safety, and the overall working environment within the unit.
This evaluation was part of the University’s initiative to promote and enhance organizational management quality through the implementation of the 5S principles, consisting of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. During the inspection, the committee reviewed document management systems, working areas, office equipment, workplace organization, and the unit’s readiness in providing services.
The Center fo Property Management achieved an excellent evaluation result, receiving a perfect score of 5 points. This accomplishment reflects the strong cooperation and commitment of all personnel in continuously improving the workplace to ensure efficiency, orderliness, and high-quality service.
The success was made possible through the continuous efforts of staff members who prioritize cleanliness, safety, and systematic space management, as well as fostering an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement and quality development.
