The Center for Property Management, Walailak University, in collaboration with the Walailak University Medical Center, organized a training program entitled “Developing Service Skills with Heart: Elevating Service Excellence through the Principle of Amanah” for personnel of Tanmiya Islamic Cooperative Ltd., Krabi Province. The training was held from 26–27 July 2026 at the Hua Taphan Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Chulabhorn Medical Center Building, Walailak University Medical Center.
The training was honored by Mr. Mahdi Champipan, Acting Deputy Director of the Center for Property Management, Walailak University, who served as the keynote speaker and shared knowledge on Service Excellence under the topic “Developing Service Skills with Heart.” The training integrated the Islamic principle of “Amanah,” which emphasizes performing duties with responsibility, honesty, transparency, and sincerity in service delivery, with the aim of creating value and a positive impression for service recipients.
Throughout the training, participants learned about customer-centered service concepts by integrating ethical and moral principles into daily operations. Key topics included attentive service, effective communication, transparency and fairness, keeping commitments, building trust, and continuous self-development. These approaches are intended to enhance service quality and better respond to the needs and expectations of service recipients in the modern era.
In addition, participants exchanged experiences through case studies and practical activities, developing a deeper understanding that service excellence is measured not only by the accuracy of work but also by empathy, responsiveness, transparency, and sincerity in service delivery. These qualities contribute to building trust, customer satisfaction, and positive relationships between organizations and their service recipients.
The training reflects the strong collaboration between the Center for Property Management, Walailak University, and the Walailak University Medical Center in sharing knowledge and service expertise with external organizations. The initiative aims to strengthen personnel capabilities, enhance service standards, and promote the application of the principle of Amanah in professional practice, ultimately creating sustainable benefits for organizations, service recipients, and society.
