On June 30, 2026, the Student Dormitory Division organized interviews for students applying to serve on the Dormitory Student Committee for Academic Year 2026. The selection attracted considerable interest from students across various schools, with more than 200 applicants participating in the interviews. The high level of participation reflected students’ enthusiasm and commitment to contributing to the improvement of quality of life and fostering a stronger, more welcoming dormitory community.
The interviews were conducted to select students with the knowledge, skills, and qualifications appropriate for serving on the Dormitory Student Committee. The selection focused on candidates who demonstrated leadership, volunteer spirit, responsibility, teamwork skills, and a willingness to dedicate themselves to the common good. Candidates were also expected to present ideas and visions that could contribute to the development of student activities and dormitory operations in response to students’ needs.
For this selection process, the Dormitory Student Committee for Academic Year 2025 participated in evaluating the qualifications and potential of the applicants. The assessment considered several key aspects, including personality, communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, teamwork, responsibility, as well as ideas for developing activities and improving dormitory management. The aim was to select students who were well-prepared to represent their peers, coordinate with relevant parties, and effectively drive activities within the dormitories.
Throughout the interviews, the atmosphere was orderly, friendly, and supportive. All applicants demonstrated enthusiasm, confidence, and a strong willingness to present their abilities, ideas, visions, and perspectives on the development of student dormitories. They expressed their aspirations to contribute to meaningful activities, strengthen relationships among students, and create a dormitory environment that serves as a space for learning, mutual support, and happy living.
